ASIAN HOME SPA by Devagi Sanmugam
Have you ever wondered what makes movie stars' hair so shiny? Or have you ever seen a picture of Gwenyth Paltrow and thought, "Gosh her skin looks so wonderfully creamy, I wish I knew her secret!" Perhaps you think that these starlets spend hundreds and thousands of dollars a year on beauty products made from things like crushed seashells off the coast of Mozambique. Well, guess what? They do!

There could be other motives for you wanting to boycott traditional beauty brands. Cosmetic labels usually scream their natural ingredients in bold face type, but the actual list of items often tells a different story. It's time for you to take control of your own beauty regimen with these natural indulgences. Let Devagi Sanmugam, author of several cookbooks show you how to achieve god-given perfection with ingredients that you might already have, right in your kitchen cupboards!

CHILDREN’S COOKING WORKSHOPS
Devagi's Epicurean Kitchen organises creative cooking classes and parties for children. Devagi Sanmugam with 24 years of experience in the culinary field is also an author of more than 12 cookbooks. Her latest is Fun with Asian Food – a Kids’ cookbook. She has been conducting cooking classes for children for several years. Devagi says, “In my experience children love cooking! It is fun and allows the children to safely express their individuality. In this fast food world it is easy to forget the satisfaction to be had from creating good healthy food. The earlier children start to learn about food and participate in hands-on cooking, the more likely they will be to enjoy food and be more willing to tickle their taste buds with new things. The kid friendly recipes are chosen so that the kids can do them themselves once they get home. They get to eat or take home their own creations. Fostering independence is a main goal, as is having fun. ”

At Devagi's Epicurean Kitchen we take groups of 12 children aged 6 upwards. You can drop your children off for 2-3 hours knowing that they are in safe hands and will be having a fantastic time! We will be tasting food, talking about food and letting the children create some yummy goodies which they take home, along with the recipes.

Why not book your children and a few of their friends in for a session?

Check out my cooking classes and you will soon be preparing a meal in your own kitchen!
